Working with Tantric Fusion food pioneer Perry Peters was not easy, as you'll see in the excerpt from the Cuisination show I was drafted in to host, but the rewards were obvious. In these worrying times of credit crunchies and spiralling food and energy prices, office workers will need his imaginative recipes to expedite the preparation and eating of :LUNCH in order to get on with the next task. if that involves communing patiently with a stick of celery then so be it.
